Sotalent in Val-de-Reuil, France is seeking a Senior Material Planner to manage MRP, coordinate suppliers, and ensure material availability for manufacturing operations on-site. The role focuses on maintaining planning data, optimizing inventory, and collaborating with Purchasing, Production, Quality and Warehouse teams to minimize stockouts and improve supply chain performance.

The position requires ERP and planning system proficiency, including SAP and Power BI, in a fast-paced manufacturing

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years in supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, or production planning.
Strong understanding of MRP, ERP and planning systems; experience with SAP and Power BI.

Mansioni

Manage material requirements planning (MRP) and maintain accurate planning parameters.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material availability and deliveries.
Identify and resolve supply shortages and production planning risks.
Monitor inventory levels and minimise slow-moving and obsolete stock (SLOB).
Develop and maintain material delivery schedules aligned with production requirements.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate supply chain data using ERP and planning systems.
