Default Brand is seeking a Materials Planner to develop the production schedule and manufacturing plan aligned with finished product demand and inventory targets. You will optimize resource planning, coordinate with Purchasing, and ensure clear communications with customers, manufacturing teams, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong planning, analytical skills, and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, plus a track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in materials management or logistics operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of plant operations and production processes.
• Proven analytical abilities in forecasting and anticipating production needs and capacities.
• Skilled at solving practical problems and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to resolve conflicts and foster cross-department collaboration.
• Experience using SAP or comparable ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Develops the production schedule and manufacturing plan aligned with demand and inventory goals.
• Optimizes resource planning with reduced set ups and family scheduling.
• Coordinates with Purchasing to plan consumption of components and glass.
• Maintains clear communication with customers, manufacturing, and subcontractors.
• Schedules maintenance downtimes and engineering changes coordination.
• Prepares and publishes daily and weekly schedules and develops 12-week plans.
