Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior Manual QA (Front SEO) for a France-based remote role. You will join a growing QA team and focus on frontend and technical SEO testing to ensure web product quality and search performance.

Your responsibilities include creating test documentation, performing functional and regression tests, validating releases, and collaborating with developers and product teams to improve QA practices and deliver reliable digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Manual QA or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture for web apps.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS and testing websites.
• Experience applying test design techniques for coverage.
• Ability to create and maintain test docs including test cases and checklists.
• Hands-on with Git, Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience using browser Developer Tools for debugging/testing.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts (indexing, crawling, schemas, HTTP status).
• Familiarity with SSR rendering approaches.
• Understanding of PWA principles is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and Sentry is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience in iGaming is a plus.
• Attention to detail and structured problem-solving.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manual QA (Front SEO) based in France.

You’ll join a growing QA team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and search performance of web products.
The role combines hands-on manual testing with a strong focus on frontend and technical SEO-related functionality.
You’ll work across the full software testing lifecycle, from analyzing requirements and preparing test documentation to validating releases and supporting features in production.
Your work will directly contribute to reliable, high-quality digital experiences and help teams identify and resolve issues efficiently.
You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other departments in a fast-moving, technology-focused environment.
There’s also room to influence testing practices, improve processes, and contribute to the evolution of QA methodologies.

Accountabilities

• Analyze technical requirements and participate in discussions around upcoming tasks and features.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and functional descriptions.
• Support the delivery of code to test environments and production by validating releases and identifying potential issues.
• Perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing of web products.
• Analyze test execution results and maintain existing test suites to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
• Test frontend functionality with particular attention to technical SEO factors and search-engine accessibility.
• Conduct product and feature demos when required.
• Collaborate with other departments by providing testing insights and helping investigate problematic situations.
• Track and support features and defects throughout the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing approaches, and overall product quality.
• Work closely with development and product teams to ensure issues are clearly documented, prioritized, and resolved.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Manual QA or Software Testing role.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture for web applications.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS and practical experience testing websites.
• Experience applying test design techniques to create effective and comprehensive test coverage.
• Strong ability to create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Experience using browser Developer Tools for debugging, inspection, and testing.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts such as indexing, crawling, microdata/schema.org, HTTP status codes, headers, and the impact of rendering on search-engine indexing is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with different website rendering approaches, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Understanding of Progressive Web Application (PWA) principles is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring and error-tracking tools such as Grafana and Sentry is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, ownership of tasks, and a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
