Growe is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join its team in ensuring the quality of web applications and APIs. You will test frontend and backend features, write comprehensive test documentation, and collaborate with development and product teams to identify and track issues.

The role emphasizes regression testing, SDLC/STLC knowledge, and experience with Jira/Confluence, as well as strong English language skills. A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
• Experience in Web application testing (frontend and backend).
• Hands-on REST API testing with Postman/Swagger.
• Functional testing: regression, integration, UAT, smoke.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC / STLC.
• Experience writing test documentation: requirements, test plans, test reports, test cases/checklists.
• Knowledge of JSON, HTML/CSS.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
• Databases: MySQL and Oracle.
• Requirements analysis and clarification.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer;

• Experience in Web application testing (frontend and backend);

• Hands‑on experience with REST API testing (Postman, Swagger/OpenApi);

• Functional testing experience (e.g. regression, integration, UAT, smoke, etc.);

• Strong knowledge of the theory of testing (SDLC / STLC);

• Solid experience in writing test documentation (requirements gathering, minor test plans, test reports, test cases/checklists);

• Knowledge of JSON, HTML/CSS;

• Familiar with Jira, Confluence;

• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban;

• Experience with Databases (MySQL, Oracle);

• Expertise in requirements analysis and clarification;

• English - at least Upper-Intermediate.
