Job summary

Jessica McCormack in Paris is recruiting a Client Advisor for our Place Vendôme flagship. You will drive sales, build a high-value client book and deliver exceptional luxury service aligned with the brand's standards.

With 3+ years in fine jewellery or luxury retail, you will nurture client relationships, manage bespoke commissions, and collaborate with Design, Workshop and Production to ensure craftsmanship and client confidence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury retail sales, with minimum 3 years in fine jewellery sales.
• Strong track record in building and converting pipeline opportunities through clienteling.
• Experience managing bespoke commissions and collaborating across internal specialist teams.
• Jewellery education/training (GIA) is a plus; supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of priority clients, ensuring consistent, high-touch outreach and exceptional retention.
• Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive pipeline development, appointment conversion and repeat-purchase cultivation.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to broaden outreach and create referral pathways aligned with the brand.
• Lead client management for bespoke commissions: collaborate with relevant departments on bespoke creations from start to finish.
• Maintain showroom readiness and presentation, implementing VM guidelines and ensuring jewellery is dressed and displayed to standard.
• Liaise with Design, Workshop and Production to protect craftsmanship standards, accuracy and client confidence.
