A Parisian jewelry brand is seeking a motivated Client Experience & Sales Associate to create memorable experiences for VIP clients in their new showroom. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, a passion for jewelry, and the ability to manage relationships with an international clientele. Fluency in French and English is essential, and the role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founders in a creative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client relations.
• Proven ability to manage and build relationships with an international clientele.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and client tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and accompany VIP and international clients through the showroom experience.
• Manage client communications and appointment calendar.
• Own post-visit follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
