United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Life and income protection Insurance professional to own the 360° view of technical performance, profitability, pricing, underwriting support, and product launches across Prévoyance. You will collaborate with strategy, finance, risk and external partners to drive portfolio value.

The role combines deep technical analytics with strategic oversight, requiring strong communication with underwriting, product, sales, and local teams, and fluency in

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, portfolio monitoring and pricing.
• Scientific background (statistics, actuarial sciences) and ability to tackle technical, data, regulatory, and business questions in death & disability insurance/reinsurance.
• Comfortable with coding (SQL) and ideally R/Python; using AI in data work.

Responsabilités

• Develop profitability reserves and monitoring methods for Life and income protection.
• Improve pricing methodologies for various segments and renewals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical input to underwriting, product launches, and reinsurance plans.
• Support team growth by building processes and hiring new talents.
• Collaborate with Prevention initiatives to link Prévoyance with absenteeism prevention.
