Responsabilités

• Develop reserving, profitability steering methods and tooling.
• Explain profitability drivers and renewal implications.
• Create analytics to forecast portfolio performance and margins.
• Sync with Prevention initiatives linking coverage and absenteeism.
• Define pricing methodologies and adapt analyses per segment.
• Support underwriting with technical guidelines and automation.
• Contribute to new product/geography launches.
• Define and implement recruitment and onboarding processes for the team.
