Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Senior Level Designer to craft engaging levels for Hole.io and to eventually supervise a team of level designers. You will work with Unity and our custom editor to design compelling 3D levels and contribute to a cohesive gameplay experience for a global audience.

You will collaborate with artists, programmers, and the Level Design team to balance progression, test extensively, and ensure high-quality content across our live titles for mobile casual games.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in Level Design for 3D games.
• Unity knowledge (intermediate or higher).
• Strong understanding of casual game design principles.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team from the ground up.
• Experience in data-driven level balancing and tweaking.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the creative team to plan a level progression and difficulty curve.
• Use Unity and proprietary tools to design varied 3D levels for a global audience.
• Mentor fellow level designers and help prioritize tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Define level design guidelines to ensure engaging and efficient gameplay experiences.
• Iterate level design tool specs to improve workflow and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of levels, progressions, and AB tests.
