Voodoo is seeking a Senior Level Designer to craft engaging 3D levels for Hole.io and to mentor a growing team of designers. You will work with our Unity-based editor to create varied, compelling levels and guide the Level Design team toward consistent quality.

You will plan level progression, balance difficulty, and collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers to push the game’s creative boundaries while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven Level Design experience in 3D games.
• Intermediate or higher Unity knowledge.
• Strong understanding of casual game design principles.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team from the ground up.
• Experience with data-driven level balancing and tweaking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative design approach.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on level design for mobile 3D games using Unity and editor tools.
• Collaborate with artists, animators, and programmers to realize levels.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Level Designers.
• Define level design guidelines and specs for workflows.
• Test, balance, and iterate levels based on player feedback and data.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of levels and AB tests.
