Job summary

Voodoo seeks a Senior Art Director to lead the art development for its puzzle titles in a dedicated internal studio in Paris. You will set the visual standards, mentor artists, and drive a cohesive UI/asset pipeline across a fast-moving project slate.

Collaborative leadership and strong Unity integration are essential to elevate player experiences. You will own art direction, contribute to style guides, and work with LiveOps features to optimize visuals based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or mentoring artists.
• Strong Unity skills and ability to implement in-engine.
• Excellent 3D/2D design skills with focus on visual hierarchy.
• Experience contributing to or owning art direction, including style guides.
• Experience with A/B testing or LiveOps features.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the art development for puzzle titles, establishing and evolving the visual identity in close collaboration with the GM.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists, maintaining a high quality bar across deliverables.
• Create and maintain a UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries for use across the team.
• Create high-quality 3D/2D assets and ensure optimal performance on mobile devices.
• Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user data.
• Champion creative ideas that boost player engagement and improve user experience.
