CMA CGM is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel Expert - M&A and Port Infrastructure Projects to join the Group's legal team in Marseille. You will provide strategic and hands-on advice on complex external growth transactions across global operations.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate law, private and public M&A, and port concessions, with fluency in English. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a demanding international environment and support bids and structuring of

Formación

• Strong academic background in civil and business law, ideally with a common law degree abroad (US/UK LLM) or a business school.
• At least 6 years' experience in a major international industrial group or leading law firm (lawyer or solicitor).
• Demonstrated expertise in port infrastructure projects, concession agreements and tender processes for port concessions.
• You have extensive experience in corporate law, private and public M&A, investments, joint ventures and infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted legal partner on external growth projects across the Group’s international activities.
• Structure, draft and negotiate consortium and joint venture agreements; oversee due diligence and closing.
• Advise on port infrastructure projects, including concession agreements and bid preparation.
