You will analyze notifiability of proposed M&A, prepare and follow up merger notifications, and ensure regulatory compliance across transport and logistics sectors.

Fluency in English and French, a Master 2 in Law, and strong analytical, communication, and deadline-driven skills are essential; experience in law firms or competition authorities is valued.

Qualifications

• Master 2 in Law required.
• First experience in competition law preferred.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency with IT and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Advise CMA CGM Group entities on competition law issues (antitrust and merger control).
• Analyze the notifiability of contemplated M&A transactions.
• Manage the preparation and follow-up of merger notifications to competition authorities.
• Ensure legal validity of operational partnerships under local regulations.
• Provide technical support in merger operations.
• Monitor pre-litigation and litigation procedures and respond to competition authority requests.
• Develop internal compliance procedures and training actions.
• Involvement in contract reviews and regulatory matters.
• Monitor competition law and sectoral regulatory issues.
