CMA CGM Group seeks a Group Legal Counsel Expert specialized in Litigation & Criminal Risk to lead complex proceedings involving the Group and its executives. The role demands strong command of French criminal procedure, external counsel coordination, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Based in Marseille, the expert will oversee pre-litigation, risk assessment, and partnership reviews while contributing to crisis management with Communications.

Formación

• Master 2 in law with focus on business criminal law or public business law.
• Qualified lawyer (French bar admission / CAPA) with significant experience.
• Experience in criminal law, business litigation or related regulatory authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Steer monitoring of criminal, civil, administrative and commercial proceedings involving the Group and its executives.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation portfolios and report to Legal Department and Executive Management.
• Define litigation strategy based on financial, legal and reputational stakes and coordinate with external counsel.
