Job summary

CMA CGM Group is offering a hands-on Corporate Legal internship in Marseille. You will join the Corporate Legal team and work on a broad range of matters from governance to complex transactions, including capital changes, M&A, and reorganizations.

The role supports legal counsels across France and internationally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a Master 2 in Business Law, fluent in English, and eager to contribute to legal research,

Qualifications

• Master 2 / Bac+5 in Business Law or equivalent.
• French Bar exam (CRFPA) preparation or trainee lawyer training possible.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Comfort with digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Jimini).
• Strong analytical, writing, and attention to detail; well organized and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support legal counsels on corporate matters including governance and transactions.
• Assist with capital changes, M&A, asset transfers, and reorganizations.
• Draft powers of attorney and governance documents; prepare board minutes.
