Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Key Account Specialist to deliver high-touch support to Key Accounts. You will navigate EMR systems to extract and resolve clinical data issues, coordinate repeat orders, and manage ABN-related documentation with HIPAA-compliant practices.

You will collaborate across Sales, Client Services, Billing and Clinical Operations, ensuring accurate data and timely case progression while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare with providers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience handling PHI and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• EMR Navigation & Case Resolution: Access EMR systems to retrieve patient data, identify missing or incorrect information, document resolutions.
• Key Account Client Support: Serve as primary contact for assigned Key Accounts, provide proactive follow-ups and respond to inquiries.
• Tissue Procurement & Clinical Coordination: Manage tissue sample requests, coordinate shipping and pathology communications, review reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Billing, Software and Clinical Ops to support accounts and improve workflows.
