Position: Senior IT User Support & Infrastructure Engineer Based in Marcq-en-Baroeul (59) close to Lille.

Overview

You will support the infrastructure and IT production, involving user support (internal & external), equipment management, troubleshooting, and administration of user accounts and telephony.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support (levels 0, 1, and 2 for workstations, telephony, smartphones, and VPN access)
• Record and process requests using ticketing tools, escalating to level 2 teams as needed
• Prepare and configure equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners), manage equipment movements and stock
• Troubleshoot and install equipment, contribute to maintenance interventions
• Administer user accounts for relevant tools
• Manage and track requests via ticketing tools
• Oversee telephony management and, when necessary, collaborate with third‑party operators

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in infrastructure support and IT production
• Good experience in equipment management and stock tracking
• Ability to work in a support and maintenance environment
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and escalation processes
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
• Experience in user account administration
