Kyndryl France S.A.S. is seeking a Managing Consultant to partner with CIOs, CTOs, and executive committees on large-scale IT transformation programs.

You will assess IT organizations, governance, and performance, and develop pragmatic roadmaps. You will design Target Operating Models around products and services, drive transformation using ITIL 4, SRE, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps, and lead change management with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of IT experience, including 6 years in a comparable role.
• Significant experience in management consulting and/or IT transformation of a large IT organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Based in the Paris region with mobility depending on client assignments.
• ITIL, SAFe, Cloud, SRE, or DevOps certifications are valued.

Responsabilités

• Assess IT organizations, governance, processes, and performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Design Target Operating Models around products, platforms, and services.
• Transform IT practices using ITIL 4, SRE, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile at scale.
• Define performance indicators and effective management mechanisms.
• Engage stakeholders and embed adoption of new ways of working.
