KER Strategy is seeking talents to work on cross-functional consulting projects from scoping to implementation in Paris. You will diagnose and map processes, scope initiatives, and propose improvement opportunities with action plans.

You will map risks, present technology options, and help define a new target organization while driving organizational transformation. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in consulting, are organized, rigorous, and operate with a team spirit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting with demonstrated project delivery experience.
• Organized, rigorous, and responsive with strong teamwork.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Project Intervention and diagnostics across business processes.
• Map existing processes and propose scoping plans and timelines.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities with action plans.
• Evaluate technological options and define a new target organization.
• Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to internal development projects and knowledge sharing.
