Job summary

Keoni is seeking a Senior Support Technician to join the Workstation and Fleet Management team across Europe. You will ensure unified telephone distribution via MEMCM, manage workstations, deploy software, verify operation, and support equipment allocation on site and remotely.

Responsibilities include monitoring installation results, diagnosing hardware and software incidents, maintaining inventory accuracy, and documenting actions for escalation.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site Windows workstation support.
• Experience with MEMCM deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to provisioning, upgrading and incident resolution tasks.
• Experience tracking equipment and inventory movements.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure unified telephone distribution via MEMCM: handle requests, identify workstations, verify prerequisites, deploy, monitor.
• Monitor installation results, analyze failures, implement corrective actions, escalate when necessary.
• Provide on-site support for workstations: equipment allocation, upgrades, incident resolution, install software, verify operation, assist deployment.
• Diagnose hardware/software incidents, on-site or remote, verify service restoration.
• Perform telephony interventions related to PBX management and equipment allocation.
• Maintain equipment inventory and track stock levels: record assignments, movements, returns, and status changes.
• Document actions in monitoring tools for escalation and traceability.
• Contribute to other team activities and apply security and asset management procedures.
