Pennylane is seeking an IT Support Administrator to provide frontline support for Paris and remote teams, handling tickets, onboarding, and security compliance. You will manage access, train staff, and ensure SaaS tools are properly administered.

You will work in a fast-growing fintech with a strong remote-friendly culture, supporting multiple European locations and collaborating across departments to uphold security best practices.

Qualifications

• Initial experience as an IT Support Administrator in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Comfortable with Apple environments and SaaS administration tools.
• Strong communication skills with daily collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Helpdesk support for Paris-based and remote teams; manage tickets and training.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: provisioning equipment and access, setup, and security guidance.
• Security Compliance: monitor IT security metrics and enforce internal policies.
