PVH Corp. is seeking a Senior IT Manager, EMEA Southwest, to ensure reliable and efficient IT operations across the region.

You will align regional needs with global IT standards and coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and budgets to deliver technology services for PVH’s stores and offices. Reporting to the IT Director, you will lead regional IT projects, manage service performance, governance, and change delivery, while fostering strong business partnerships and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in regional IT operations or IT service management.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Regional IT Operations & Service Performance: Ensure reliable IT operations across EMEA Southwest by monitoring service performance, identifying recurring issues, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Retail IT Delivery & Store Lifecycle: Coordinate IT readiness for new store openings, temporary stores, refurbishments, relocations, and closures across EMEA Southwest.
• Business Partnership & Demand Management: Translate business needs into clear IT demand and track prioritized requirements through the global demand process.
• Regional Projects & Change Delivery: Lead regional IT projects and local rollouts of global initiatives, managing scope, budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage regional vendor performance, budgets, and spend; collaborate on sourcing and renewals.
• Governance, Standards & Operational Readiness: Implement global IT policies and standards across the region; ensure onboarding and documentation.
• Continuous Improvement & Service Quality: Use metrics and feedback to reduce issues and improve user experience.
