Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to provide broad technical support across Non-trade, Trade, mobile, Techbar, VIP, and Audio/Video systems from our Paris office. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, with focus on end-user experience and SLA adherence.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong communication and project involvement. You will work with global TI towers, engineers and vendors, providing on-site and remote support, while following RBC

Qualifications

• Experience with Front Office Tech and market data tools (Felix, Bloomberg, Fidessa, ION, Reuters, Excel Addins).
• Strong understanding of ITIL lifecycle: incident, request, change, problem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in team under pressure while maintaining performance.
• French and English fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve problems with root-cause analysis for escalations and complex issues.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and operational docs to boost efficiency.
• Lead or participate in IT projects and initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and service optimization.
• Provide technical support to enterprise users on hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Manage service requests and incidents through ticket systems with SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Global TI towers and vendors; perform system administration duties.
• Provide on-site and remote support as needed.
• Uphold RBC and TI policies; flag risks to people, technology, or property.
• Stay aligned with RBC strategic direction.
