You will deliver production support for Front Office trading applications across EMEA, ensuring stability, availability, and performance while collaborating with traders, sales, technology partners and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience providing production support for Front Office trading applications in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of electronic trading platforms and Front Office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Front Office trading applications ensuring high availability and stability.
• Manage incidents, investigations, and root cause analysis to drive permanent resolution.
• Support electronic trading platforms including TOMS, eTOMS, ION Anvil and related Front Office trading solutions.
