Questel is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead IPMS implementations for enterprise clients. You will manage projects from initiation to post-implementation support, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience in software/tech, strong communication, and familiarity with PM best practices and change management. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in software/tech
• Strong knowledge of PM methods and best practices
• Experience with change management in large-scale transformations
• PM tools proficiency: Jira/Confluence/Asana is a plus
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IPMS implementation projects within scope, time, and budget
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules, resources and milestones
• Define objectives, deliverables and KPIs with stakeholders
• Maintain client relationships and communicate status, risks and changes
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies
• Coordinate end-user training for adoption of IPMS
• Ensure smooth handover to support and post-implementation care
• Provide updates to senior management on status and challenges
• Ensure project documentation is complete and organized
