Questel, based in Montpellier, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IPMS implementations for enterprise clients. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, define plans, manage scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management, strong PM practices, change management experience, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven track record of end-to-end software/tech implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with change management in large-scale transformations.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IPMS implementation projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules, resources and milestones.
• Define objectives, deliverables and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate end-user training for successful adoption of IPMS.
• Ensure smooth transition to support and post-implementation care.
