Questel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end IPMS implementations for global clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, define plans and KPIs, and manage client relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

This hybrid role offers collaboration with international teams and opportunities across Europe, with offices in Sophia-Antipolis/Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and remote work options in France. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Management with end-to-end software/tech implementations.
• Strong knowledge of PM methods, best practices and techniques.
• Experience with change management in large-scale transformations.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Asana.
• Experience with IPMS or similar enterprise software is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end management of IPMS implementation projects, ensuring the delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and adjustments.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through updates and proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including integration services, software developers, business analysts, and IP specialists, to meet goals.
• Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the IPMS.
• Oversee the transition to support and post-implementation care, ensuring a smooth handover to client teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and challenges.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized for future reference.

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, this role is primarily responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Intellectual Property Management Systems (IPMS) for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and successful deployment of IPMS, from project initiation through to post-implementation support.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of IPMS implementation projects, ensuring the delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role demands a combination of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members:

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, with proven experience managing end-to-end implementations in a software or technology environment.
• Excellent understanding of PM methods, best practices and techniques
• Experience with change management processes, especially in large-scale organizational transformations.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Asana preferred
• Experience managing Intellectual Property Management Software or similar enterprise software implementations would be a plus
• PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar project management certifications preferred

• Understanding of software architecture and technical infrastructure.

• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in a second European language would be a strong asset.
