Questel in Montpellier is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering Project Manager to oversee IPMS implementations for global clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.

You will interact with clients and internal stakeholders, define KPIs, monitor risks, and guide the project from initiation through post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management in software/tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, best practices, and techniques.
• Experience with change management in large-scale transformations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Asana.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end IPMS implementations, delivering within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate status and risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate end-user training for adoption.
• Ensure smooth transition to support post-implementation.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized.
