Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 4+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 3+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 2+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Leverages advanced Field Application Engineering knowledge to provide highly visible customer support through design, development, and adoption of products.
• Serves as liaison on technical matters and guides customers on system architectures and equipment usage.
• Collects feedback from customers and informs Business Units about product quality and applicability.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets for designated products.
• Develops and delivers product demos or presentations for customers and partners.
