Responsabilités

• Leverages advanced Field Application Engineering knowledge to provide highly visible customer support through design, development, and adoption of products (hardware, software, RF, XR, IOT, etc.).
• Serves as company liaison on critical administrative/technical matters and instructs customers on design, development, selection, and use of advanced system architectures and equipment.
• Collects, addresses, and informs appropriate Business Units of critical feedback from customers regarding product quality, applicability, and definition.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams (e.g., sales team) in assessing application of company products to meet customer needs, preparing product specifications for development and implementation of critical customer applications/solutions, and achieving annual sales targets.
• Develops and delivers complicated or specialized product demos or presentations for customers and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 4+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 3+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.

• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field and 2+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of Field Application Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in relevant engineering areas such as hardware design, systems design, software programming, etc.
• 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Leverages advanced Field Application Engineering knowledge and experience to provide highly visible customer support through the design, development, and adoption of products (e.g., hardware, software, RF, XR, IOT, etc.).
• Serves as company liaison on critical administrative/technical matters and instructs customers on the design, development, selection, and use of advanced system architectures and equipment.
• Collects, addresses, and informs appropriate Business Units of critical feedback from customers regarding the quality, applicability, and definition of products.
