Job summary

Fabriq is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer in Paris to own the technical side of customer integrations from initial discussions to live connections. You will join the Professional Services team and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Ecosystem to ensure seamless integrations and scalable automation.

The role requires 4–8 years in SaaS integration, fluency in English and French, and hands-on API/Data mapping skills.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years as a Solution Engineer at a SaaS vendor with integration focus.
• Hands-on API and data mapping experience; able to debug API calls.
• Experience with SSO (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta) in Enterprise deployments.
• Ability to discuss ERP/CMMS concepts with an SAP architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and integration qualification in Enterprise deals.
• Run integration workshops with customer IT teams and share blueprints.
• Guide customers on architecture choices and public API usage.
• Support integration escalations and route bugs to product team.
• Contribute to integration services offers, pricing, and packaging.
