Job summary

Fabriq is seeking a Solution Engineer in Paris to own integrations from initial enterprise conversations to live, stable connections. You will join the Professional Services team and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Care, and Product Ecosystem teams.

You will lead technical discovery, run integration workshops, and support customers building integrations on our public API and connectors. French and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a Solution Engineer at a SaaS vendor with a strong integration component.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks) and data mapping.
• Experience with single sign-on in Enterprise deployments (SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta).
• Ability to discuss ERP and CMMS integration patterns with an SAP architect.
• Ability to lead workshops with IT and operations teams, from plant to group IT.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: lead technical discovery and integration qualification on Enterprise deals with Account Executives.
• Implementation: run integration workshops with customer IT teams and share our integration blueprints.
• Customer builds: support customers building integrations on our public API, connectors and Power Automate/Workato.
• Support: handle integration escalations and route bugs to the product team.
• Offer: contribute to integration services pricing and packaging with the Head of Professional Services.
• Field feedback: communicate integration needs to the Ecosystem Product Manager and document release notes as playbooks.
