Alpha FMC, based in Paris, seeks a senior consultant with 7+ years in insurance consulting or audits. You will lead missions for Life and Non-Life clients, shape operating models, digital strategies and data governance, and mentor junior staff. Qualifications

• Significant experience (7+ years) in a consulting or audit firm in Insurance or related sectors.
• Expertise in Finance, IT strategy, ESG - Sustainable Finance, Actuarial science, Data management or Innovation.
• English and French at C1+ level (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting missions for insurance clients across Life, Non-Life, brokers and reinsurers.
• Drive transformation initiatives: Operating Model, Digital transformation, Data strategy and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and recruitment.
