Job summary

Cognite is seeking a Value & Adoption Lead in France to drive sustained adoption of Cognite solutions within our most strategic accounts. You’ll bridge technical deployment with tangible business value, collaborating closely with clients and strategic account teams to run end-to-end integration of AI agentique, Flows, and Cognite tools on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sectors (energy, heavy industry, oil & gas) and ability to speak the language of operations.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation programs at scale in industrial settings.
• Curiosity and proactive use of AI tools to drive business value.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage maintenance crews and executives.
• Structured, KPI-driven follow-up of value realization and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead value creation and tracking across four account dimensions: retention, activation, process integration, and business impact.
• Shape and scale an adoption program via Cognite Academy, including trainer-led sessions and transition to enhanced support.
• Build and mobilize internal referent networks to ensure client autonomy long-term.
• Diagnose blockers (training, ergonomics, processes) and coordinate cross-functional teams to remove them.
• Advise senior client leaders on KPI alignment and translate tech concepts into measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to a framework for Cognite Value & Adoption with playbooks, indicators, and reusable diagnostics.
