Description du poste

Mercateam is the platform manufacturers use to digitalize their industrial know-how (skills, certifications, training, workforce planning) and turn it into measurable operational performance on the shop floor. Every month, dozens of top industrial sites go live with us. We’re scaling fast and moving to an AI-native platform, where deployment plays a central role: we don’t just hand over a project, we build and prove the value our clients get.

You’ll join a tight-knit deployment team (4 consultants + 1 technical PM), hands-on, supportive and ambitious.

The role: Senior Implementation Consultant / Project Manager (evolving toward Forward Deployed Engineer)
You’ll lead our most complex, multi-site deployments end to end, and grow into a Forward Deployed Engineer profile, contributing your expertise to build the technical and AI muscle that makes deployments faster and more scalable.

What you’ll do

1. Consulting & delivery

• Lead complex, multi-site deployments end to end: analyze client processes (as-is to to-be), train users on Mercateam, secure go-live, then hand over to Customer Success.

• Run on-site workshops in plants to frame high-value use cases and set the KPI baseline and target outcomes.

• Support clients as they restructure and evolve their know-how management processes (change management).

• Turn field learnings into reusable playbooks.

2. Technical configuration

• Configure the platform and integrate client data to fit each context.

• Increasingly, help build the “last mile” that makes deployments scale: automations, API-based integrations, lightweight prototypes, and AI where it adds real value.

• Ensure clean, reliable data as the foundation for measurable outcomes.

3. Industrial expertise

• Apply extensive industrial knowledge to tailor deployments to each manufacturing setting.

• Promote industry best practices and standards to enhance efficiency and adoption.

• Visit client sites in France and abroad (2 to 3 times a month, for 2 to 3 days each) for on-site support and insight.

Why join us

• A central, end-to-end role: you’re the conductor of the deployment, from signature to lasting adoption. Strategic and empowering.

• Direct exposure to senior industrial stakeholders (plant and operations directors, group level) in demanding, stimulating environments.

• A pivotal moment: a fast-scaling company moving to an AI-native platform, with real autonomy to shape how we deploy.

How we take care of you

• Health insurance: Alan Purple, 100% covered for you

• Lunch: Swile meal vouchers

• Flexible remote: 3-days office + 3 full remote weeks a year

• Time off: RTT

• You’ll travel, and we’ve got you covered: SNCF Advantage card reimbursed.

• Team life: offices in central Paris (Montmartre), an annual offsite, and monthly afterworks after the All-Hands.
