Mercateam is a platform for industrial know-how, enabling deployment of skills, certifications, training, and workforce planning. As a Senior Implementation Consultant / Project Manager, you will lead our most complex, multi-site deployments end to end and grow into a Forward Deployed Engineer profile.

You will run on-site workshops, configure the platform, integrate data, and apply industrial expertise across plants in France and abroad, visiting 2–3 times a month for 2–3 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS deployment, implementation, or tech consulting in industrial contexts.
• Strong client management, structured and autonomous work with ownership.
• Engineering degree or technical background required.
• Comfort with data, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector; multilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-site deployments end-to-end across France and abroad.
• Run on-site workshops to frame KPI baselines and value cases.
• Configure platform integrations and data flows; build lightweight AI prototypes.
• Travel to client sites 2–3 times per month for 2–3 days.
