Job summary

Chariot is seeking an implementations professional who will own onboarding for nonprofit and grantmaker accounts, drive go-live success, and remain closely engaged to ensure ongoing value. You’ll manage configurations, guide customers through new workflows, and collaborate with Partnerships to plan future enhancements.

The role emphasizes organization, customer empathy, and a willingness to own outcomes in a fast-growing fintech nonprofit space.

Qualifications

• 2-8+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success, ideally at a startup
• Leadership/management experience for building out a team
• Compensation will be adjusted based on experience
• Very organized and able to move many projects simultaneously
• Experience helping customers adopt new tools and processes
• Able to move fast, stay calm under ambiguity, take ownership
• Curious, low ego, and team-oriented
• Long-term career in implementations / customer success
• APIs, SQL, or fintech/nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Run multiple onboardings at once and deliver early value to each partner
• Learn donation processing and grant disbursement workflows to optimize Chariot’s support
• Become the go-to person for partner teams and help them adopt new ways of working
• Configure Chariot to fit each nonprofit or grantmaker's operations and tailor solutions
• Stay engaged post-launch to roll out features and collect usage insights
• Contribute customer feedback to the product team to refine playbooks as we scale
