Chariot, a fintech nonprofit payments platform, is seeking a senior product leader to own an entire product line end to end or high-impact projects. You will convert customer insight into concrete specs, collaborate with engineers, design, GTM, and partners, and ship measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes customer experience, strategy, and execution, with opportunities to influence roadmap, drive velocity, onboard live clients, and scale impact across nonprofits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• First-principles product thinking: connect customer pain points to product solutions.
• Precise scoping and spec writing: convert ambiguous requests into well-defined projects.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented: manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• You ship: track record of work that was built and adopted.
• Clear, followable communication, written and live.
• Technical fluency — comfort with data models, API docs, webhooks/auth flows.

Responsabilités

• Drive product direction through customer insight and partner input.
• Turn ambiguous ideas into buildable product specifications engineers can execute.
• Own surface priorities and translate learnings into high-ROI initiatives.
• Move fast on riskiest assumptions with clear hypotheses and metrics.
