Chariot is seeking an engineering leader to advance the platform, drive the banking and DAF product evolution, and mentor a growing team of engineers. You will work with the CEO and founders to scale delivery for multiple contracts while shaping technology strategy.

You will oversee backend infrastructure, API design, and architecture, while promoting robust monitoring, Agile execution, and high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of backend development building scalable systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; strong engineering background.

Responsabilités

• Manage and build backend server applications and components powering the platform.
• Contribute to architecture and design of APIs, backend systems, and apps; define standards.
