Job summary

Alan is seeking a Product Builder to own a slice of Mo, our AI health companion. You will collaborate with engineers, ML experts, data scientists, and clinicians to ship innovative AI features that help members access care.

The role combines hands-on prototyping, data-driven decision making, and strategic roadmapping in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years building live AI/LLM products, a product-minded, outcome-driven mindset, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product.
• Hands-on with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails).
• Interest or experience in medical or prevention themes.
• Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output.
• Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working.
• Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
• Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
• Fluent in English.
• Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritization, shipping, and measuring impact.
• Work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data teams, and doctors, seeing your work in production.
• Navigate ambiguity and stakeholders to create a focused roadmap.
• Be hands-on: prototyping, data exploration, evaluating conversations and model behavior.
• Contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops).
