Photoroom is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing builder to unlock new acquisition channels for our SMB business. This is a modern growth hacker role combining marketing instincts with rapid experimentation using AI-powered tools.

You will design, build, and launch acquisition surfaces outside the core product to capture demand and drive user growth at scale. 6+ years in growth at a high-growth tech/AI company is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building or scaling growth in a high-growth tech or AI SMB-focused company.
• Strong marketer — GTM, distribution loops, and demand capture.
• Strong vibe coder — ships production-ready web experiences using AI tools.
• Experiment-obsessed and data-driven with proper tracking and attribution.
• Autonomous, proactive and transparent in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue growth targets for SMB across paid, organic, and experimental channels.
• Find where demand lives and build assets to capture it.
• Launch and run high-velocity growth experiments (10+ per month).
• Vibe-code production-ready growth assets using AI tools.
• Analyze, iterate, and scale winners with dashboards and learnings.
