Job summary

TheFork is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst for a 6-month maternity cover in Barcelona. You will build dashboards and provide data-driven insights to optimize media and loyalty initiatives, collaborating closely with local marketing teams and central analytics. Strong SQL and PowerBI experience are required, with Python a plus.

Fluency in English; French is a plus. You will act as a bridge between business, data, and engineering to maximize ROI, LTV, and retention while exploring AI/automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3 to 5 years of analytics experience in growth or marketing analytics in a digital company.
• Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with BI (PowerBI) and tracking platforms (AppsFlyer).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing levers and attribution concepts.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and automate dashboards and reports tracking marketing and business KPIs (acquisition, activation, retention, bookings, CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROI).
• Ensure tracking consistency and data quality across channels, web/app touchpoints and analytics tools.
• Proactively identify trends, performance anomalies, and growth opportunities, translating data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for local marketing teams, helping leverage central analytics assets.
