Easyflyers Logistics Limited seeks an accomplished Operations Director to lead our French entity within a global time-critical network. You will own operational performance, regulatory governance, and team leadership, driving structured scale and service excellence across air freight and multimodal operations.

You will set KPIs, align costs with pricing, oversee customs approvals, and partner with commercial and finance teams to propel growth while ensuring compliant, secure, and efficient

Qualifications

• 20+ years in air freight and multimodal transport
• Deep knowledge of French and EU customs regulations
• Proven experience implementing AEO Full certification
• IATA DGR certified with leadership in regulated, time-critical environments

Responsibilities

• Provide full operational leadership for the France entity, ensuring performance, compliance, and service excellence
• Lead, structure, and develop operational and administrative teams
• Establish KPIs aligned with revenue growth, service performance, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
• Build scalable infrastructure to support long-term growth
• Report performance metrics and strategic updates to senior leadership
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, and global ops
• Set up and govern French customs authorizations and approvals
• Maintain French Customs online declaration platform and duties/VAT exposure
• Maintain AEO Full certification standards
• Act as Security Manager for Regulated Agent requirements
• Maintain IATA DGR compliance and best practices
• Oversee CASS Associate status to enable MAWB issuance
