Job summary

The HSES site organization involves implementing full HSES systems throughout construction and start-up phases, ensuring that all processes, controls and safety measures are properly deployed.

This role includes setting up local HSES teams, leading weekly safety meetings, audits, and risk analyses, with experience in international Oil & Gas environments.

Qualifications

• Over ten years of HSE construction management experience in international Oil & Gas environments.
• Strong background in HSE engineering, including risk analysis and design review.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• English fluency is required.
• Demonstrated leadership on construction sites with international teams.
• Auditing, challenging, and supporting subcontractors.
• Combined expertise in engineering and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise HSES documentation at project start and ensure full deployment.
• Coordinate weekly HSES meetings, site safety walks and audits.
• Lead contractor qualification through HSES audits for assembly subcontractors (France and abroad).
• Review and approve unit designs during engineering phases and support risk analyses.
• Prepare weekly site status reports with findings and corrective actions.
