Anotech is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to support a major industrial project on site in Lyon. You will promote a strong safety culture, monitor HSE performance, and ensure contractors comply with project HSE standards and local regulations.

The role requires conducting risk assessments, site inspections, safety audits, and participation in meetings, with a focus on continuous improvement and thorough documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE supervision role on industrial or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
• Promote and enforce the project HSE Management System.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
• Monitor daily HSE performance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Attend and contribute to site coordination and safety meetings.
• Verify that all personnel understand and comply with site safety procedures.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote continuous improvement of working conditions and safety practices.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports and related documentation.
