Qualifications

• Over ten years of HSE construction management experience in international Oil & Gas environments.
• Strong background in HSE engineering, including risk analysis and design review.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• English fluency is required.
• Demonstrated leadership on construction sites with international teams.
• Auditing, challenging, and supporting subcontractors.
• Combined expertise in engineering and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise HSES documentation at project start and ensure full deployment.
• Coordinate weekly HSES meetings, site safety walks and audits.
• Lead contractor qualification through HSES audits for assembly subcontractors (France and abroad).
• Review and approve unit designs during engineering phases and support risk analyses.
• Prepare weekly site status reports with findings and corrective actions.

Job description

HSE site organization involves implementing full HSES systems throughout construction and start‑up phases, ensuring that all processes, controls and safety measures are properly deployed. Local HSES team setup includes establishing, integrating and supervising both internal and external HSES personnel.

Safety coordination covers weekly meetings, root‑cause analysis, site safety walks and audit activities. Contractor qualification requires conducting HSES audits for assembly subcontractors in France and internationally. Engineering validation consists of reviewing and approving unit design during engineering phases. Risk analysis relies on solid knowledge of fire‑risk assessment and fire‑and‑gas detection systems.

HSES site plans include developing all HSES documentation at the start of the project. Weekly reporting provides structured updates on site status, key findings and corrective actions.

Bid evaluation criteria involve applying objective selection parameters such as TCO, delivery schedule, technical and commercial risks, legal aspects and past cooperation when assessing subcontractors.

• Strong experience in HSE construction management with over ten years in international Oil & Gas environments.
