Trusted Shops is seeking a (Senior) GenAI Engineer to advance our AI-first solutions across Europe. You will design, train, and deploy production-grade GenAI systems, build autonomous agents, and create scalable AI services.

Remote-ready with hybrid collaboration in Europe, you will connect to enterprise platforms and ensure secure, compliant AI workflows. You will work with LangChain, vector databases, and cloud-native tools while mentoring teams and driving measurable business impact across

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, ML, DS or related field or equivalent production GenAI experience.
• Proven experience deploying high-accuracy GenAI systems in production.
• Hands-on with agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration including planning and tool usage.
• Strong Python skills and experience with modern GenAI frameworks and vector databases.
• Experience building robust APIs and serverless AI services with async patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready GenAI systems for business-critical use cases.
• Develop autonomous AI agents that interact with users and systems.
• Implement advanced RAG and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Create scalable AI services via reusable APIs and serverless architectures.
