Pelico, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up, seeks a senior full-stack engineer to own a customer-facing surface end-to-end. You will ship workflows, keep things configuration-first, and feed real customer patterns back into the platform while collaborating with regional pods on day-to-day relationships.

You’ll drive code with Kotlin/Java on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend, delivering scalable solutions, and you’ll mentor engineers as the impact you ship grows the team.

Qualifications

• Shipping customer-facing product software end to end under real delivery pressure.
• Strong, current hands-on coding in backend and frontend.
• Proficient in Kotlin/Java and TypeScript/React with ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to balance product outcomes with customer needs and deadlines.
• Configuration-first mindset; build for many customers, avoid bespoke forks.
• Experience leading engineers by example and writing quality code.

Responsabilités

• Ship the surface by composing configuration, compute, widgets, connectors, and agents into customer-facing workflows.
• Stay configuration-first and minimize per-customer forks; code only when valuable.
• Set the bar with specs, run the spec-driven workflow, and gate AI-assisted touchpoints.
• Harvest patterns across accounts and turn into platform capabilities.
• Lead by example: write code, pair with your squad, and grow the team.
