Pelico seeks a senior full-stack engineer to lead a solution surface end-to-end, shipping fast while keeping configuration-first principles. You’ll code alongside the squad and engineers deployed at customer sites, balancing product judgment with delivery reality.

You’ll work with Kotlin/Java on backend and TypeScript/React on frontend, build reusable workflows, and mentor the team as the platform scales for aerospace and industrial customers. Hybrid Paris HQ.

Qualifications

• Shipping customer-facing product software end to end under real delivery pressure.
• Strong, hands-on coding in backend and frontend technologies.
• Product and customer judgment to scope to MVP under deadlines.
• Configuration-first approach and avoidance of bespoke forks.
• Proven ability to lead engineers by example.

Responsabilités

• Ship the surface end to end with configuration-first design.
• Stay configuration-first and minimize per-customer forks.
• Write specs, run workflow, and gate AI-assisted components touching customers.
• Harvest patterns to general platform capabilities for speed and scale.
• Lead by example, code with the squad, and mentor engineers.
