Pelico in Paris is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead a customer-facing solution surface. You will own the project from conception to delivery, ensuring it meets customer needs and follows best practices. Strong coding skills in Kotlin/Java and TypeScript/React are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping customer-facing product software end to end.
• Strong, current hands-on coding in Kotlin/Java and TypeScript/React.
• Product and customer judgment to scope outcomes effectively.
• Configuration-first, anti-bespoke instinct while building for many customers.
• Experience leading engineers by example.

Responsabilités

• Own and build a solution surface to improve customer outcomes.
• Compose workflows that pass real customer tests.
• Author specs, run spec-driven workflows, and maintain quality gates.
• Identify patterns across accounts for platform improvements.
• Lead by coding and working closely with the engineering team.
