Nabla is hiring a Staff Front-End Engineer in Paris. You will lead development of high-impact frontend features across web, desktop, and mobile interfaces, set UI quality standards, and evolve our design system. You’ll work in a lean, fast-moving engineering team spanning ML and product, with strong cross‑functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes ownership, scalable architectures, and mentorship, with a hybrid Paris-based policy allowing 1–2 remote days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in frontend or full‑stack development with modern web technologies.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the development of complex front-end features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Drive architecture and technical decisions around shared UI libraries and front-end performance
• Partner with Design to deliver intuitive, polished, and accessible experiences
• Help scale our apps across web, mobile (Capacitor), and desktop (Electron)
• Collaborate closely with Product, ML, and Back-End teams to ship full-stack features
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices
